Certo’s Trattoria September 4 & 8 course menu with wine parings

The name Certo is Italian for course and we will be serving an a la cart menu (antipasti, Primi, Secondi and Dolci) and serving tasting menus. We will also serve Italian wines and an array of Italian drinks as well.

Just as done at Frank’s Cucina Supper Club, it is our intention to cultivate a food experience that will stimulate all five of your senses. To do so, we’ve thrown out the rules and created flavors, textures and presentations that we believe will please you from first sight to last bite. We use only the freshest ingredients, and we’ve taken the time to find wine pairings that enhance and elevate each component.

We will be starting our fall 4 & 8 course dinner and wine tasting menus
September 23rd (our a la carte will stay the same).

We will be taking reservations for our 8 course tasting nightly for 4 people at
the 5:30pm and 7:30pm seating only.
